Full refurbishment, reconfiguration and extension

These are the drawings and furnishing proposals we produced for a project to refurbish and extend a 1930's Art Deco house.

​

This house needed a full renovation. The clients are fans of Modernism and were most interested in good kitchen and utility spaces and the garden. We designed better uses of the spaces, whilst retaining and re-establishing Art Deco Features and style, combining that with Modernism and contemporary living.

​

Unfortunately, the sale of this house fell through, so these designs were not actualised. We ended up working on a full house refurbishment of a more contemporary property with the same clients.
